Today's weight: 173.6. A loss of 1.8 pounds! This means I lost the pound I gained last week and then some. Considering I'm still super-bloated from my period, I'm good with that.
SO, I attempted the
treadmill workout yesterday. Oh man. It sucked, haha. Well, it wasn't too bad. The two things I changed were 1) I didn't increase the incline to 1%
